Bellydance Drills- All Levels - September Session

Class meets Thursdays 7:00-7:55pm
Bellydance Drills- This class is exactly what it sounds like! We will take a handful of bellydance moves each week and break them down and drill for stamina and improved technique. The goal in this class is to train the body’s muscle memory so that moves become automatic while focusing on cleaning up technique and posture. This class is suitable for all levels, and advanced and beginner modifications will be offered where applicable. Movement combinations will be taught when time allows in order to drill smoothing out the transitions between moves.
